Each of our three sober living transitional houses in Asheville, NC feels like home and provides an incredible place to enjoy recovery. Our sober living facilities overlook the historic French Broad River and are nestled in with the wilderness of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. Living amidst towering willow trees and listening to the calls of blue herons and warblers on the river, it’s easy to forget that we’re still only minutes away from beautiful downtown Asheville.
The following facilities specifically promote sober living for men. These range from early transitional living when you need the most help to more moderate programs like our River House. All of our sober living transitional housing promote safe, wholesome environments so you can start making a full recovery.

River House
The River House program supports you during the most difficult times in early recovery. We offer the highest level of structure to ensure a successful start to your time in structured sober living. Our industry leading program lasts four to six weeks and specializes in those individuals in the early stages of recovery who have recently completed a healthy detox program and are looking to recover mentally, physically and emotionally in a regulated recovery environment.

9:15am – Head to PHP
9:30am–4:30pm – See PHP schedule
4:30pm – PHP pickup back to house
5pm – Free time – start dinner prep and cooking

9pm – Personal time
10:30pm – Lights out

Dream House
Your stay in the Dream House will help you start rebuilding your life and mending important relationships while living in a safe and supportive environment. The Dream House provides compassionate, comprehensive and individualized care for those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. Our staff is fully committed to you, your family and your recovery.
Our emphasis is on you. Focusing on counseling and life-skills programs, Dream House intensive outpatient care program offers the highest quality treatment services available. Our outpatient care program lasts three to four months and provides the compassionate setting you need for lasting sobriety and recovery.

Car permissions and phone availability after 30 days

Help with job search (employment must be less than 20-miles from house & hours have to be between 7am – 11pm)

Monthly hiking trips from spring through autumn

Pinnacle House
Pinnacle House is a welcoming and healing environment that provides a sober and safe lifestyle for individuals transitioning from a highly structured living environment to a more moderate level of supervision in daily living. Our program instills the three main foundations of recovery – support, structure and hope.
The focus of the Pinnacle House is to help you maintain your recovery through treatment and education programs, life skills development and healthy social and physical activities.
