Levels of Care

Substance use habits affect different individuals in different ways. A weakness for some might be a strength for others. A serious trigger for one person might be little more than an afterthought for another. Real Recovery is dedicated to providing high-quality addiction services for adult males struggling with substance use challenges. That’s why we offer three distinct levels of care, each uniquely suited to provide treatment for any and all clients.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Tailored specifically for individuals who have misused substances or who have endured recent struggles with addiction, PHP programming offers five-day-a-week treatment to provide support and stabilization while reducing relapse risk.

You’ll experience:

  • Daily group therapy
  • Supervised personal reflection time

  • Weekly recreational therapy

  • Weekly yoga/meditation
  • Weekly equine-assisted therapy

  • Life skill courses focused on budgeting, home management and employment

Our Partial Hospitalization Program helps you take active steps to reestablish control of your daily life.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP programming provides a smooth transition from PHP treatment, offering 9 hours of group therapy and 1 hour of individual therapy each week. IOP treatment helps clients address each aspect of their diagnosis, identifying struggles experienced before, during and after enduring substance use habits.

You’ll experience:

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness therapy
  • Critical life skills development
  • Activities to help you gain fresh perspective on personal struggles
  • Experiential activities that break the monotony of talk therapy

Intensive Outpatient Programming through Real Recovery provides treatment that helps to foster recovery.
